Arumba is a musical ensemble of various musical instruments made of bamboo. Arumba is the name of a band that was born in 1969 in West Jawa Indonesia. Before the advent of Arumba name, in 1964 Yoes Roesadi and his friens formed the band that Aruba (Alunan rumpun Bambu), but while still using the angklung and calung as instruments.
